GROUP CLASSES

All of our classes are run by a qualified Physiotherapist in our O’Halloran Hill Studio.

SUPER(STRONG)WOMEN CLASS COMMENCING OCT 15 2024

Resistance based exercise is important for all of us, but is typically something missed in female exercise regimes.

This class provides an opportunity for women to learn a range of strength exercises & techniques to support them in their goals, all while having fun & connecting with others!

We are so excited to add this class to the schedule & are running the first round at a special discounted rate. Plus, the first group of women to enrol in this class will receive a Class Starter Pack with some extra goodies inside.

We’re currently taking expressions of interest for our STRONG & STEADY classes.

Our Strong & Steady classes are great for those who want to feel more confident on their feet, prevent falls & stay strong.
